Our stay was mind-blowingly awesome! The location was super convenient, just a quick 10min drive from the city centre. The place was immaculately clean and had all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The beds and sofas were incredibly comfy, making us feel like we were floating on clouds. The balcony area with its breathtaking view of the river and trees provided a sense of tranquility unlike any other. Judy, our host, was beyond helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And let's not forget about Bo and Daisy, the adorable dogs who greeted us with wagging tails and wet kisses. The best surprise was the incredible bath that left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. We were even treated to a delicious spread of milk, orange juice, and the most scrumptious waffles ever! The thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable. we had a jaw-droppingly fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for any future stay.

Loved having a terrace to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The proximity to the university was perfect for my visit. Newcastle airport was a breeze to get to. And Whinlatter Forest Park. oh, what a great getaway!
Oh, the horror of having to deal with such great amenities and convenient locations. How ever did I manage to survive?
